We are excited to have the Mt. Eye Institute’s Kite Flight for Reading and Sight this Saturday, April 26th. Reading charts redemption begins at 10:00 am and goes until 3:00 pm.
The Kite Flying Competition begins at 1:00 pm with the Model Rocket lunch.
Nice prizes in three categories: Best Homemade, Highest Flyer and Judges Choice.
Come join our Sponsors and Health Care Professionals in their booths.
They are welcoming some great entrainment this year.
All baggie books due on May 1st/2nd (Thursday/Friday)
All library books due on May 9 (Friday)
Baggie books are $5 dollars each to replace.
Library book costs depend upon the book. They are more expensive than on Amazon because they are library-bound--not regular hardbacks. Please do not replace a book with another book without talking to Mrs. Puckett first.
Kids have to have all books in or paid for before Field Day to be able to attend. If you have any questions, please feel free to call into the office.

Southern Utah Museum of Art has some wonderful take-home art kits available for K-12 students throughout next week during ICSD's Spring Break! We have two activities to choose from, one per student, while supplies last: a no-sew monster pillow and a beaded marionette. We are also offering an open-studio time on Tuesday, April 15th, from 2 - 5 p.m. for anyone who'd like to complete their activities in the museum. Last week, North kindergarteners have been working on their reading and writing skills while learning about the world around them: animals, plants, and weather.
Our second annual PTA Paint Night was a hit and sold out quickly on March 27! Our amazing art teacher, Mrs. Hales guided families with painting a geometric polar bear. A huge shout out for the SUU ArtsFusion volunteers that helped with our event, along with our amazing PTA for all their planning and set up for the event.
Kindergarten Registration is in person tomorrow, 12:30-3:00. Even if you have registered online please plan on attending so that your child can meet the teachers, have a short assessment, and have copies made if needed of your required papers. We look forward to seeing you then! Please spread the word!

North Elementary has been magically transformed into Hogwarts for our 5th graders! Students have been sorted into houses and are diving into exciting STEM activities like potions and transfiguration—all while earning house points in pursuit of the coveted House Cup!
We were so excited to have 50+ students earn Pizza with the Principal this quarter! It’s one of our favorite STAR ticket rewards that students can earn. We love getting to have a fun lunch and get to visit with our students and a friend.
Our 3rd graders had a blast on their Farm field trip to Diamond Z arena. Students rotated to presentations on: auctioneering, bees, farming, and soil. It was highly engaging and we are so thankful to 4H, FFA, and the USU Extension for all their hard work putting this together.
