Just a quick note from the kitchen. We did not receive our order for chicken and waffles for tomorrow’s lunch. I know a lot of the kids like this meal and I wanted to let you all know. Instead we will be serving a chicken sandwich or mini corn dogs.

We have set up the lost in found in the foyer. Please check to see if your child has any lost coats, sweatshirts, lunch boxes, water-bottles, etc. There are also 6 pairs of glasses in the office if you are missing those. We will be donating anything that hasn't been picked up by Dec. 19th (Christmas break). Thank you so much.

Parents of 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders,
Earlier this week, we sent home letters with information about our upcoming Science Fair. All 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students are required to complete a science project, and the fair will be held on January 22nd.
Starting Monday, display boards will be available in the front office at no cost. Please feel free to stop by and pick one up. You are welcome to buy your own as well.

Friday, November 21st is the last day to order North Elementary apparel. Get your orders in for the holidays! Orders will be delivered to your kids unless you specify in the notes section to hold it in the office. Orders will need to be picked up by Dec. 18th.

Please fill out the following form ONLY if you want to OPT OUT of the Prevent Child Abuse Trainings that the state and district has approved. This is due by November 25th. Paper copies will be in the office as well if you need that instead. The trainings will be held Dec 1 at North. These dates vary by school site.

The Historic Downtown Lighting Ceremony will be held on Saturday, Nov 29th. If your child is interested in entering the coloring contest and a chance to win a helicopter flight with Santa, please pick up your coloring page in the North Elementary Office. You can drop off your coloring page at the Cedar City Visitor Center (581 N. Main Street) by November 22nd. This should be a fun event.
