Yearbooks are here! If you purchased a yearbook online, it will be distributed by your child's teacher. If you would like to purchase a yearbook, they are available in the school office. Please bring $10 cash or check for each yearbook you would like to purchase. They are available beginning today Monday, May 12th. Thank you for a great year students, families, teachers, and staff! The Southwest Utah Public Health Department is putting on a bike rodeo for North Elementary students and families. The rodeo will be behind the school on Friday, May 16th. It will start at 1:30 pm. Come to school ready to race and throw on Monday, May 12th. Wear good shoes for the preliminary races (K - 5th) and softball throw (1st - 5th). Race winners will be notified.

The food bank will be here after school today. Please feel free to grab a bag of food if you would like. Thank you.

A note from the librarian... All baggie books are now past due! All library books are due this Friday (May 9th). Baggie books are $5 dollars each to replace. Library book costs depend upon the book. They are more expensive than on Amazon because they are library-bound--not regular hardbacks. Please do not replace a book with another book without talking to Mrs. Puckett first. Kids have to have all books in or paid for before Field Day to be able to attend. If you have any questions, please feel free to call into the office.

Come to North's bike rodeo! Friday, May 16th after school. The course will be on the blacktop behind the school. Gates will be open.

Field Day: Wednesday, May 21st 9:00am -2:00 pm Get excited because Kona Ice will be there and 20% of the total sales will go directly to North Elementary. It should be a party!

There will be a spring open house for all 5th graders at CMS on May 19th 5:00-7:00 pm. Meet in the main gym to pick up your new schedule for next year. Please see flyer for more details on our ICSD app, Facebook page and school website.

This week is teacher appreciation week at North Elementary. Please see the attached flier for all of the details on our ICSD app/ Facebook page or on the school website. We want to recognize all of our amazing teachers and staff. They really do so much for our Polar Bears and make our school extra special. We LOVE our teachers!

Parents: We would like to invite any seniors who are graduating this year that had attended North Elementary to come to our first "Senior Parade" in our new building. This will be the first group of kids that started at the new school that are now graduating this May. It will be on Wednesday, May 21st from 3:00-3:15. They will march through the halls in their cap and gowns and all of the North Elementary students and teachers will clap for them as they make their way through the school. North Elementary is proud of their achievement & we look forward to celebrating them.
