Our Halloween Parade will take place on Tuesday, Oct 31 from 1:30-2:30 (will likely take much less time). Parade route will start on the north blacktop, go north on 500 West, turn west on 400 North, turn back toward the school on 600 West, then be done at the flagpole. The police will block off all traffic with cones, etc. Drivers will still have access to the parking lots on the east and west of the building. Costumes must conform to the following requirements: The costume must adhere to student dress standards of modesty---covering the shoulders, midriff, back, chest, and legs properly. No weapons—not even toy ones as it violates our safe school policy. It must not interfere with the child’s ability to learn (for example, too big to sit at a desk, itchy makeup, etc). If they have an inflated one please make sure they know how to get in and out of it for the parade, as they can not wear it in the classroom. We hope you are able to join us and sit or stand around the block to see your child. Have a fun and safe Halloween!
