Our Polar Bear Paint Night is this coming Tuesday, March 26th at 5:30. Each canvas purchased is for one adult and one child to work together on. There are 25 canvases left. Remind for parents "SUU STEM Center Homework Help ends after April 18th! Come anytime to the Cedar City Public Library Monday/Wednesday 3:30-5 pm or Tuesday/Thursday 6-8 pm. Online is also available at https://www.suu.edu/stem/tutoring.html . All services offered are FREE of charge. If you need help with any classes, get there while you still can!"

Just a reminder that teachers will be involved in professional development for the rest of the week. There will be no school for students March 13, 14 and 15 (Wednesday-Friday). District offices will be open regular hours Wednesday and from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday.

Remember to read and mark it on your Kite Flight chart! Bring your completed reading chart to the Kite Flight Health Fair on April 20th at Cedar Middle School for prizes. Each submitted chart earns money for our school!! So keep reading and marking.

Penny Wars was a huge success. Thank you so much for all of your donations this week for Penny Wars. We were able to raise $2,921.00. This is the most we have ever raised. It was such a close race but we want to congratulate the 1st graders for winning the Penny Wars. 1st place- 1st grade 2nd place- 4th grade 3rd place- kindergarten 4th place- 2nd grade 5th place- 3rd grade 6th place- 5th grade Thanks again for all of your support to this amazing school.
